WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?A refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as your returned package arrives at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to show up on your account.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?Yes, only if the order has not yet left our warehouse, please contact support@marzwhip.com to cancel.

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?Yes we can ship to a P.O. box but please understand that the delivery time will be delayed as P.O. box shipping has to go through the post office which is generally slower.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?We offer same day shipping on all orders mon-sat placed before 5pm EST. Any order placed after 5pm will be shipped the following day.
